Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium smell. Strong hop aroma with apple notes secondary
Initial Taste: Medium bite. Hop flavours and sensation quickly noticeable. Some orange, grapefruit and citrus notes.
After Taste: Fleshy and creamy apple flavours noticeable. Some bitter, pine notes from the hops remain. Has a crisp finish but not a long lingering taste.
On ice: Carbonation is reduced. Hops are reduced but apple flavours mostly remain.
Additional Notes: Milton Star Api-Hop is more of hopped beverage than a cider as they are more prominent tasting than apple flavours. We recommend you don’t drink this cider on ice, as it significantly cuts a lot of the flavour and essence of it. Is a sulphite and preservative free cider.
