Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium-to-strong sweet tangy apple. Some acidity.
Initial Taste: No bite. Smooth, single apple taste. Considerably sweet profile.
After Taste: Becomes more fleshy in taste as time goes on.  Semi long lingering aftertaste that almost gets sweeter.  Mild acidity with some pear notes.
On ice:  Carbonation cut, a little less sweet.

Additional Notes:  A very apple-forward cider, Broken Ladder has a simple but full-flavoured, bright, fleshy taste.  Tangy – with a bit of maltiness – it’s a traditional sweet cider that is quite crisp.
