Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium, musty, single variety of sweet apples.
Initial Taste: Medium bite, some tangy notes from sweet fleshy apples.
After Taste: Tanginess remains with earthy and acidic notes becoming prevalent.  Crisp, long-lasting apple taste.  Some malty notes.
On ice: Slightly less carbonated, a little less sweet.

Additional Notes:  An extra clean cider, Rood Apples Cider has tangy and acidic notes that make this crisp cider a very apple-forward taste; in fact, more apple-forward then some other winery made ciders. Featuring 5 varieties of red delicious apples, it has a strong tannin presence that adds a lot of depth and body.
