Smell: Medium, musty, single variety of sweet apples.
Initial Taste: Medium bite, some tangy notes from sweet fleshy apples.
After Taste: Tanginess remains with earthy and acidic notes becoming prevalent. Crisp, long-lasting apple taste. Some malty notes.
On ice: Slightly less carbonated, a little less sweet.
Additional Notes: An extra clean cider, Rood Apples Cider has tangy and acidic notes that make this crisp cider a very apple-forward taste; in fact, more apple-forward then some other winery made ciders.
