Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Mild to medium smell of fleshy and earthy apples. Slightly acidic aroma.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite, starts with some acidic apple flavours and tangy notes in the carbonation. Has a slight tangy, peel-like taste.
After Taste: As carbonation dissipates, other characteristics like the fermentation process and wine like flavours take-over the aftertaste.   Becomes smoother with time and finishes with some malty notes.
On ice: Carbonation cut dramatically, same with flavour

Additional Notes:  Lowery Bros Cider is a new world cider that features an beautiful old world, vintage-esque bottle design. Apple forward and flavorful. The tang of the cider from start to finish is one of its most distinctive features. With some white-wine characteristics, it has elements of the winery it was made at but heavier and bolder then a normal cider.
