Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium, rustic mature apple – with hints of maple. Some metallic elements.
Initial Taste: Mild bite from carbonation. A simple taste of blended apples. Creamy and a little earthy -coppery and oak.
After Taste: Not long lingering flavour. Smooth with some mild earthy notes and some acidity in the aftertaste.  Maple flavour shows and adds earthy notes to it, yeast is present.
On ice: Carbonation is slightly cut, remaining elements similar.

Additional Notes:  Apple Falls Heritage Cider is simple cider with underlying notes of maple syrup, that could appeal to beginner and experienced cider drinks alike. Unfiltered, it has a creamy, yet earthy base and some additional flavours which might appear from the yeast.
