Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong fermentation aromas. Slightly musty. Mild fruit comes through.
Initial Taste: Medium bite. Strong fermentation flavours. Some apple flavours.
After Taste: Blackberry and blueberry flavours comes through. Oak and metallic notes. Slightly tangy finish. Not a long-lingering flavour.
On ice: Ice cuts the carbonation. Flavour remains largely the same.
Additional Notes: The Fighter Cider is a very different cider offering as it features oak, metallic and fermentation flavours strongly. While the blueberry and blackberry flavours don’t ‘fight’ on the pallet as promised on the bottle, they do both make a brief appearance and add sweetness to the cider.
