Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Mild smell. Mix of sulphur and apples with hints of sweet, creamy almonds
Initial Taste: Medium bite. Malty notes. Tangy, single-apple flavour. Syrup-like taste and feel. Sulphur flavours.
After Taste: Apple flavour continues. Slightly astringent. Almonds and nuttiness flavours peak through.  Semi-dry, clean finish. Peach hints.
On ice: Carbonation is drastically cut. Flavour is reduced and the ice thins out the cider.

Additional Notes: 401 Almond Cider is a very smooth and clean cider that does not linger long. With a tangy apple flavour, it is semi-dry and has wine elements. There is very fine sediment from the almonds that float around in the drink.
