Smell: Mild overall, hints of red wine
Initial Taste: Minimal bite, mostly apple cider flavours. Some sour and bitter notes.
After Taste: Sweet with strong berry flavours of blueberry and strawberry, that are increasingly more prevalent on the pallet. Dry, red wine finish.
On ice: Carbonation is cut. Flavour is slightly reduced.
Additional Notes: Shiny Pinot Noir is a sophisticated cider that balances the cider with the wine very well. This cider is sweet and may be a good aperitif cider and/or a nice dessert cider. Being a slightly lighter version in the cans than on draught, it is perfect for both cider lovers and wine enthusiasts.
