Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Mild smell, pear and nutty aromas
Initial Taste: Mild sensation from carbonation yet smooth on the palate. Instant pear taste.  Slightly tangy. Banana undertones.
After Taste: Apple notes become more noticeable with pear notes remaining. Honey and almond notes. Flavour dissipates quickly. Tangy finish that builds.
On ice: Cuts out a lot of carbonation and flavour. Sweetness remains.

Additional Notes: Stockyard Pear is a summer-inspired perry, being sweet and refreshing to quench on a hot day. While it is noticeably sweetened with sugar, it is true to the fruit and is light in the mouth. It reminds us a lot of Brickworks Batch 1904 in taste and composure.
