Smell: Light, classic apple juice with hints of fermentation.
Initial Taste: Medium bite, strong, single-apple flavour comes through.
After Taste: Smooth aftertaste, quite crisp. Hints of sourness come through.  Slight must and earthy notes in the aftertaste.
On ice: Slight reduction in both flavour and carbonation, but quite minimal.
