Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium, musty, mature apple. Extra sweet.
Initial Taste: Medium bite. Single variety, crisp apple taste.
After Taste: Becomes smooth quickly, Semi-long lingering aftertaste that is pretty mild. More apple skin flavours than the flesh. Candied apple finish.
On ice: Cuts out the carbonation a lot, similar taste.
Additional Notes: An east-coast offering, No Boats on Sunday has a very crisp, clean single-variety apple taste. No frills, not commercial but not overly crafty. No Boats on Sunday could be considered a very “down the middle” classic tasting cider.
