Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Mild but a sweet floral aroma – with hints of strawberry
Initial Taste: Minimum bite, light smooth apple with sweet strawberry and raspberry flavours. F
After Taste:  Becomes a little more tart as aftertaste evolves.  Has hints of blueberry and other more generic tasting field berries.   Semi-dry rose finish with a faint hint of spice.
On ice:  A little less carbonation and overall flavour but relatively the same.

Additional Notes:  A light floral cider, this summer drink offers hints of different berries that supports a smooth apple bouquet.  Reminiscent of a rose wine, easy to drink crisp but semi-dry.
