Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Mild to medium smell of sweet apple; w/ a hint of mixed berries
Initial Taste: Acidic head. Tart with a bit of cherry and cranberry as quick first flavours
After Taste: Fermentation process prevalent in the aftertaste. Finishes with apple and more cranberry. Not overly long-lasting flavours. Semi-dry finish. Hints of honey in the aftertaste.
On ice: slightly less flavour on-ice, but properties remain the same.
Additional Notes: Building off their original hit cider, the Rubee is a semi-dry cider that features the tartness of the cranberry flavours without compromise. Having a strong tannin presence, this cider is refreshing and not too sweet or sour.
