Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium musty and mature apple smells. Hints of sour notes.
Initial Taste: Smooth and sweet ‘fleshy apple’ taste. Slightly woodsy tasting and somewhat crisp.
After Taste: Syrup-like sensation emerges. Some bitter notes but mostly sweet apple flavours prominent. Dry apple juice finish.
On ice: Carbonation and flavours are dulled on ice. Becomes smoother and thinner to consume as without ice it is a heavier consistency.

Additional Notes: Seagram’s Craft Cider tastes nothing like it smells – it has harsher aromas but is quite sweet on the palate overall. This cider has a heavy consistency that feels somewhat syrupy to consume and a lot of natural fruit sugars detected, that linger long in the mouth and on the teeth.  Overall finish mimics a cider with Ginger, thought we know this does not have any.
