Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Mild peach smell with hints of apricot
Initial Taste: Tart and sweet bite. Sour peach skin and stone notes with noticeable apple cider flavours.
After Taste: Fleshy peach flavour develops significantly. Apricot and nectarine notes. Leaves a mild sugary residue in the mouth. Malty lingering taste.
On ice: Similar carbonation levels. Peach flavours and overall taste and feel become smoother, but also reduced and more ‘flat’.
Additional Notes: This 401 Peach Cider shares a lot of the same cider characteristics with its fellow 401 Brewery Dry Apple Cider, however it is not as dry. This peach cider is very unique as it not as sweet nor as artificial tasting as some of its fellow peach cider counterparts, but it undoubtedly has a craft cider charm and is quite peachy keen.
