Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Mild-medium candied cherry and banana aromas
Initial Taste: Slightly sour with a mild bite. Natural cherry flavour (with notes of the cherry pits).
After Taste: Smooth and clean apple finish. Some mild cherry sour notes remain on the palate. Not a long lingering taste.
On ice: Carbonation remains about the same on ice. The cider is less sour but the apple flavours are slightly reduced, so the cherry flavours become more prevalent. Less tangy more sweet.

Additional Notes: Collective Arts Cherry & Apple Cider is true-to-its-name with exactly those flavours tasted and no others detected. This cider strongly features the flavours and feels of the juices put into the cider, without a lot of the natural cider fermentation flavours obvious. It is slightly sour, very refreshing and it is one of the most genuine cherry tastes we’ve had in a cider thus far. Some mild candied undertones.
