Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Bright and slightly musty. Some pulpy and fermentation elements.
Initial Taste: Medium bite. Light and smooth apple. Somewhat crisp with some soft but clean apple. Semi-dry with a bit of earthy/smokey notes.
After Taste: Apple reduces with more fermentation notes lingering. Becomes a bit drier and a little more bodied/less clean.
On ice: Reduced body and intensity.

Additional Notes:  The Hex 1847 Cider Original starts off pretty clean, crisp and light and transitions to having some more smoky/earthy and fermentation focused in the aftertaste.  As it sits on the palate, it becomes more dry and farmhouse funk-like.  Has some leathery peel notes.
