Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Sweet caramel. Some granny smith apple elements.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Sweet and toasty toffee.  A semi-sour granny smith apple base. Glazed mouthfeel.
After Taste: Apple dissipates leaving a somewhat long lasting sweet aftertaste. Some vanilla notes in the end as the caramel slowly dwindles.
On ice: A little thinner, less apple.

Additional Notes:  Part of the Kinder Cider Series by Blake’s Hard Cider, The Caramel Apple is a sweet, upbeat and granny smith style sour offering that’s inspired by the sweet caramel apples found at their farmhouse store.  Somewhat toasted with a vanilla finish, it’s a sweet treat. Green, granny smith apples galore. A very honourable and accuate flavour-scape of the dessert.
