Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Mild aroma. Pulpy and crisp, bright apple. Fresh apple skin.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation, Juicy peel apple present that’s semi-soft with a slightly woody element to it
After Taste: Becomes more woody in the finish with some earthly residuals. Apple dissipates with some fermentation to finish in a long-lingering aftertaste
On ice: Minimal change. Slightly watered down, minimal change
Additional Notes: Lakeshore Cider’s Semi-Sweet is a highly carbonated offering with lots of bubbles and fizz. The apples themselves are juicy and semi-soft, with some woody and earthly elements that last a long time (with a hint of fermentation in the finish). Blended dessert apples that are still quite dry, more so a natural sweetness that makes it semi-dry tasting.
