Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Light aroma. Semi-bright apples, hint of green varietal.
Initial Taste: Light bite, smooth, semi creamy apple that’s a bit sweet but not sugary. Bright apples, lean sharp varieties. Soft mouth feel, hint of tartness.
After Taste: Overall flavour dissipates, some peel notes present in the deep aftertaste. Slightly syrupy. 
On ice: Thinned out a lot.

Additional Notes:  As was planned, a departure from the barrel aged offerings, the Original Dry by Hard Way Cider is an easy to consume, softer apple cider. Hints of tartness, it’s naturally a little sweet and very juice-like. On-ice it’s lighter and loses some of the apple flavour.  Easy drinking body here.
