Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma, Crisp, mostly dry apple. Slightly fleshy apple.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Smooth, creamy medley of fleshy apple notes – soft and light bodied. Asian pear and vanilla notes. Quite clean. 
After Taste: Soft fleshy apple remains for a somewhat long time. Pulpy finish with some honey-like flavours.
On ice: Minimal change – the slightest reduction in flavour.

Additional Notes:  Kawartha Cider by Kawartha Country Wines is a very smooth, easy-to-drink, off-dry apple cider.  Loaded with fleshy apples, it has a natural sweetness to it, but far from sugary. We found some unique asian pear and vanilla-like nots within.Very clean and not many fermentation elements in this one.  A drink that could appeal to first time and seasoned cider drinkers.
