Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation and acidity. Tart raspberry juice that is blended with a semi-sour apple. Apple is also semi-sweet with a bit of earthy mint here.
After Taste: Apple dissipates, and raspberry reduces. Sour comes down and becomes a bit more acidic. Some saline elements to it. Mint provides a cooling aftertaste.
On ice: Much thinner, less sweet.
Additional Notes: The Rood Apples Cider Smaak line releases the Raspberry Mint offering. A light bite that makes way to tart raspberries and a sour apple cider. Mint provides a coolness to it. Some salty elements and a lot less flavour when on-ice.
