Smell: Strong aroma. Semi-sweet, semi-bright, juicy classic apple
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Slightly tangy, semi-bright and crisp apple. Some sour notes, bitterness and acidity. Very crisp and sharp.
After Taste: Becomes less juice focused leaving a bit more sour and bitter apple elements. Saline notes linger.
On ice: Minimal change. Slightly less apply focused
