Smell: Light aroma. Tonic elements with dessert apples and hits of pineapple
Initial Taste: Light bite. Semi-sharp and clean apple with some dessert elements.  Bright apples that mingles with hints of pineapple and other tropical fruits.  Minimal mango and orange. Some buttery notes
After Taste: Becomes slightly less clean, and with a bit of minerality.  Short aftertaste with some slight fermentation elements that linger.
On ice: Slightly less flavourful and carbonated but little change

Additional Notes:  Made as an easy sipper the Pool Cider Tropical Apple Seltzer by Niagara Falls Cider Co is light, refreshing and clean.  Bright apples blend with mild pineapple, mango and orange that has some minerality.  Fruit upfront, other elements in the finish but not overly long lasting.  Light, easy to consume and mostly dry with seltzer/spritzer/tonic elements. Low sugar.
