Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Bright apple, sweet and pulpy (with almost nectarine elements)
Initial Taste: Light bite followed by creamy apple that turns slightly sour for just a moment. Pulpy with some acidic and minerality. Stone fruit and honey-like notes.
After Taste: Long-lasting aftertaste that becomes very smooth, with a more apple focused finish.  Almost all non-apple elements dissipate.
On ice: Slightly less apple forward, and watered down.

Additional Notes:  Brooker’s Batch #6 Sparkling Ciderkin (2020) is a smooth, creamy offering that has quite a journey of flavours. Starting slightly sweet, it becomes a bit more acidic, returning back to an apple-focused offering that finishes very clean.  Easy to drink with almost some stone fruit elements, it’s pretty unique compared to many other ciders.  A thin mouthfeel, and at 3%, its easy to drink without the hassle as a ciderkin offering.
