Smell: Medium sweet apple smell. Mild white wine aroma. Some light mustiness and fermenation notes.
Initial Taste: Mild bite. Quickly sweet on the palate. Strong apple flavour – a few varieties noticeable. Medium fizzy sensation. Mild fermentation notes.
After Taste: Becomes tangy and slightly astringent. Malty notes. Apple flavour remains and lingers with some tannins present. Medium-dry finish.
On ice: Carbonation and fizz is cut. Some bitter notes and apple flavours reduced. Becomes more wine-like.
Additional Notes: Shiny Apple Cider is a light, sweet and refreshing drink. Made by a winery, it features a lot of similar characteristics of a white wine. With a long-lingering taste, it starts crisp and becomes more dry.
