Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Light aroma, sweet apples and strawberry. Some hints of orange.
Initial Taste: Light bite from mild acidity, Apple skin becomes the first flavour you notice, followed by fruit juices and a hint of red wine tartness and tannins.
After Taste: Becomes more sangria like, with wine elements growing at which point you notice the medley of fruit juices. Quite close to a true blend of drinks: cider, juice and a little less red wine.
On ice: Carbonation and the apple flavour is cut becoming more forward with the other types of juices and the wine. More sangria like.

Additional Notes: Pommies has done a great job in blending sangria with wine and cider, something you can almost taste the chunks of fruit in.  More of a homemade cocktail, Pommies Red Sangria is a flavorful journey of all three main ingredients featured, having about a 40/40/20% blend of cider, fruit juices and wine respectively. Perfect for hot days. Add a shot of triple sec and some fruit in your glass for a more authentic sangria experience.
