Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Mild, slightly acidic, hints of grape – reminiscent of a white wine smell
Initial Taste: acidic, sour somewhat musty. Golden delicious and granny smith apple flavour hints.
After Taste: Very short aftertaste, flavour dissipates quickly. Dry feel. Earthy-apple finish.
On ice: carbonation is bigger. Stronger bite. Takes away some flavour (more watered down), slightly more sweet tasting.
Additional Notes: A very light and refreshing cider. Short taste profile but very enjoyable. Very natural tasting, farm-fresh craft cider.
