Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: medium-level aroma of a Bartlett pear. Sweet but also slightly earthy.
Initial Taste: A very strong and sweet pear taste. Some artificial flavours noticeable. Some hints of apple.
After Taste: Some slight sour notes, but mostly sweet flavours remain in mouth. Has an almost vanilla frosting flavour finish. Has a long lingering flavour.
On ice Carbonation bubbles become much bigger. The flavour remains almost the same as without ice, but it becomes slightly more sweet and ‘sugary’ in taste.

Additional Notes: It’s as close to as eating a fresh, ripe pear as you can get.
