Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: fusion of apple and pear aromas.
Initial Taste: Initial sour bite in the mouth. Tart with some bitter notes. Strong crisp apple flavours.
After Taste: Remains a bit tart, with more sweet notes emerging. Honey flavour develops and shines. Tangy flavour lingers long in the mouth – especially the honey notes.
On ice: Carbonation remains the same. Takes away some of the sweetness on ice but flavour remains largely the same.
Additional Notes: After the first sip that has a very strong bite, all additional sips become more ‘flavourful’. This cider is very crisp in flavour and feel and is very refreshing to drink. The honey adds a very unique touch to the more traditional apple flavour in the cider.
