Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium pear smell, with apple and grape aromas
Initial Taste: A very dry pear flavour with an acidic bite on the tongue. Some apple hints.
After Taste: Pear flavour dissipates quickly, leaving a light apple aftertaste and a very dry feeling in the mouth.
On ice: Similar carbonation levels. Becomes more crisp and smooth and less dry on ice. Ice brings out more fruity and sweet notes.
Additional Notes: Reminds us strongly of a pear-flavoured white wine because of acidity and dryness. The cider is very light drinking but does not have a long-lasting flavour profile.
