Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong tart raspberry and cranberry smells with vanilla and apple notes. Slightly acidic.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from the fizz and tartness. Raspberry and cranberry flavours quickly obvious. Somewhat astringent.
After Taste: Becomes gradually sweeter. Cranberry becomes more prominent with apple flavours developing more. Sweet, candy-like flavour and sensation that lingers on the palate. Vanilla undertones. Semi-dry finish.
On Ice: Ice cuts the carbonation and bite significantly. Becomes smoother overall with the tartness reduced. Flavour stays mostly similar.
Additional Notes: County Feral Cider is a complex drink with a lot of depth from the sweet, sour and fruity layers interacting with each other. It is quite flavourful and a very unique cider – we can’t recall tasting anything like this (especially cider-wise)
