Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Mild smell, like a slightly sour apple juice with hints of vanilla.
Initial Taste: Crisp and sour bite. Sweet notes contrast and compliment the sour notes. Vanilla hints.
After Taste: Musty flavours emerge, with some sweet notes remaining. Flavour dissipates in the mouth quickly, but slightly remains in the back of the throat.
On ice Same carbonation levels as with no ice, less foam at top. A sharper flavour with less fizz. Has a more consistent flavour journey overall.
Additional Notes: A delightful light & ‘easy-drinking’ cider that is quite full-flavoured. It has an interesting contrast between the sweet and the sour notes, that it makes for a very interesting and enjoyable cider experience.
