Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Mild smell. Vinegar notes. Candied orange and raspberry flavours w/ some sour apples.
Initial Taste: No bite. Quick candied raspberry fruit flavour. Mild hops flavours.
After Taste: Raspberry flavours remains with apple flavours appearing. Strong black tea notes near the finish. Semi-long lingering. Lemon notes.
On ice: Carbonation remains the same – flat. Raspberry flavour is cut but remains similar. Kombucha flavour is reduced and is changed. Taste dissipates quicker on ice.
Additional Notes: Apple Falls’ Cider Hopped strongly features the raspberry and kombucha flavours, but not very much apple or hop notes overall. At 3.9% it is a light cider, and it feels that way consuming it. The raspberry and tea flavours are very unique in the cider.
