This is the reivew for March 10th, 2021 for our #ciderofthenorth series. Today, we borrow a review from @the.cider.sovereign
"I’m definitely vibing with It’s A Vibe by @chillstreetcraftbevco (7.0%ABV, Elmsdale, NS 🇨🇦). This is a wine & cider blend and I gotta tell you, I love it. 😍 I was expecting this to be VERY sweet but in reality, although it definitely has sweetness, the Pinot Grigio balances it out (especially compared to other cider I’ve had with pineapple). I taste crisp apple initially and juicy pineapple in it’s finish. The wine emerges at the end but doesn’t overpower the pineapple - definitely smooth. A winner? Heck yes. Surprising? Heck no! I had the opportunity to try some Chill St. ciders a couple years ago and I loved (and continue to love) them for their unique flavours... and I’m definitely diggin’ their wine & cider blend offerings. My only wish is that it was summer and I was enjoying this in the hot sun over a ton of ice - that would be hella refreshing!"
