Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Light aroma. Semi creamy, slightly funky apple.  Mild citrus note.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Creaminess and fermentation notes up front with some slightly funky and dry apples. Mild peppery notes.
After Taste: Becomes less impactful and a bit more earthy.  Fermentation notes linger, but the apple clears out pretty quick.
On ice: Reduces overall feel and taste.

Additional Notes:  Saunders Cider Saw Tooth is a slightly smoother, less sweet and a bit more earthy version of the “Flying Canoe ” original that is in their portfolio. Featuring some earthy and fermentation notes, it has a little citrus-like undertones and is quite unfiltered looking and tasting. Some peppery and funky notes. Very dry overall.
