Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Mild aroma. Semi-earthy apple aroma.
Initial Taste: No bite. Quick acidity and pungent notes. Mix of dessert-tasting apples. Mild vinegar notes. Slightly tangy.
After Taste: Apple flavour continues but diminishes. Tonic water flavours and sensation. Film left in mouth Semi-dry finish with white wine characteristics.
On ice: Minimal difference.

Additional Notes: Liberty Village’s first apple cider might be good for mixing cocktails with, as it features many elements beyond the apples: such as earthiness, pungent and vinegar notes, and a tonic-water like taste and characteristics (Maybe try with a shot of gin). A potential reasonable substitution for white wine as it finishes semi-dry with some similar flavours.
