Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell:  Medium-light sour apple smell, slightly acidic and bitter.
Initial Taste:  Light bite, semi-sweet, tart and slightly aromatic. Granny smith and Macintosh apple flavours evident.
After Taste: Becomes more tart and bitter tasting. Stronger fermentation flavours emerge. Acidic undertones and it becomes somewhat dry. Subtle banana and lemon flavours emerge.
On ice: Same amount of foam and carbonation as without ice. Becomes more bitter tasting on ice, with more of a flat flavour palate journey. Not as dry tasting on ice.

Additional Notes: True to its name, it is a dry cider, so it is a good choice if you desire a dry but otherwise balanced beverage. It comes in a cute ‘stubby’ bottle and is often served with a slice of lemon.
