Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: medium raspberry juice with mild sour apple and red wine
Initial Taste: light bite, quick and strong sweet candied raspberry flavour with a touch of sour apple
After Taste: Raspberry becomes a little tarter, sweet apple becomes noticeable, along with some elements of a light red wine. Semi-dry finish with sugary residue, it has the body closer to a white then a red wine.
On ice: Becomes thinner, more candied less carbonation.
Additional Notes: A mixed cider that tastes like it looks, it’s more a raspberry cocktail then a cider or red wine. Sweet and sugary but with a dry finish, fans of coolers and flavoured wines may enjoy this drink. If you’re looking for a classic cider or red wine taste, look elsewhere.
