Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Mild musty pear aromas
Initial Taste: Mild pear flavour with some bitter and earthy notes. Some lemon hints.
After Taste: Some fleshy Bartlett pear flavours. Has a tonic water finish. Goes flat tasting quickly.
On ice: Not much change in flavour or carbonation. Taste becomes slightly diluted and more flat.

Additional Notes: A simple perry that has a light flavour profile. With a few different flavour notes detectable, it doesn’t have a lot of depth as it goes flat tasting quickly.
